Bailey Construction was founded on the principles of customer service and top quality workmanship. As a company we are keenly aware that construction is very much a customer service industry. We pride ourselves in producing work of the highest quality second only to servicing our clients with respect and dignity. Over 90 percent of our work comes from referrals and we have been grateful that we have developed long term relationships and repeat business from much of our customer base.

    While the genesis of Bailey Construction was as a general contracting firm building custom homes, over the past few years we have expanded to include custom cabinetry, doors and furniture due to requests from clients and designers.

    For several years Bailey Construction served only the Santa Barbara area but over the past few years we have had so many request and referrals that we now proudly service south to Beverly Hills and Bel Air.
